For some reason they tell me to talk to the sales department for a finance issue and I now have a $2k bill from my previous vehicle that was supposed to be added to my current loan! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ws given a slip for an oil change and told to come in even if I dont need it since it free. My husband goes to get the oil change and they start to say $40, then switch to $70! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. More

A young lady in the service department was able to accomodate me ....may not sound like much to some if you are not a smoker. Also, I had come in to get some paperwork and was called by first name from each and every employee that I saw...Amazing that they remembered who I was ...not just another sale to them nothing but respect and highest regards for this entire Amato Hyundai team!! The sales staff have always been extremely knowledgeable and courteous. At no time did either of us feel pressured. The same can be said for the service staff. Never, did a service take longer than promised. We never had to re-do any service performed either. Each time we interfaced with the crew, we came away pleased. finally, our interface with management was pleasant and meaningful. They always assured our visit to the dealership was pleasant and worth our time. All -in -all, I'd always recommend Amato if asked More
