We had called three times about our transaction. The last time we asked to talk to the owner, who did not have time for us. You could not be transparent about the situation when we were questioning being misled when we wanted an explanation You did not have the time to be straight forward. The last call was basically being told you did not say the things you said when we made the transaction, even though we both heard it and paperwork confirms one of the things your company said that you did not say. Now that we have reviewed our terrible experience you seem to have time to talk? We do not have time to listen to excuses, we know what happened and have paperwork both from you, the bank and the DMV to show the terrible experience we had with you.
