I like the new service location, although they need to figure out the car washing, they upgraded most of everything but left the car wash out? The service department was great, got me all checked in and everything and then it was like I didn't exist, no update, no checking in, just left alone for a couple hours in waiting room. I could watch the screen but then when my car moved and I no longer saw her on monitor, I texted to ask. I feel it should of been updated for me instead of my having to ask where my car went. I know when bringing in your car for service you are realistically going to have a wait, but the REASON most people pick the dealership for service, is BECAUSE of the service and the QUALITY of it - so in all aspects that should make the experience BETTER than the auto / repair shop down the street, right? Yes, everyone is busy, everyone has their job to do but I watched people walk by, service agents walk by, but NO ONE said anything to me nor asked if there was something I was STILL waiting on given I was the ONLY one left in room at the time. I'm not looking to be waited on but checked on or acknowledged that my first hour of waiting is recognized and my second is appreciated! Not everyone has someone to pick them up. I did bring all my needed items to keep me comfortable during my wait but still would of been nice to have someone say "Hey we know your still here, thank you for waiting, your car is still in back obviously but we truly appreciate your waiting".. kinda thing. IDK if that makes sense. I work in customer service and a little acknowlegement goes a long way for a positive "I'm gonna come back and do this again" feeling. LOLz, please there is no salty feelings behind this review, I did come prepared..this is merely a suggestion to keep your customers from feeling like you don't appreciate our coming in to Hyundai of Anaheim for our service. More
