My Husband and I bought 2 Jeeps from Anastos in 1 day going 80.000 in debt. While waiting for the check Anastos sent the Bank for the payoff on my trade in 2 weeks went by and the account was not paid. I going 80.000 in debt. I called the Bank they said they had not received the payment this was day 13. I called Anastos and spoke to Larry the Financial guy he said he would call the bank and handle it. and he told me not to worry about it any added interest or fees Anastos would take care of. I called multiple times over 3 months we had to cover 150.00 and was basically told the check was in the mail. I spoke to Larry first (then after leaving 4 messages) I asked for Joe the sales guy. Joe told me not to worry the check would be in the mail by the end of the week. 3 weeks went by I called again left messages then someone named Freddie called me and told me that the 150.00 was not their responsibility. My boss who I will not name for privacy purposes is the one that set us up with Anastos. After I mentioned my bosses name Freddies attitude changed said we would have the check by the end of the week. Its 2 weeks and still no check. I absolutely love our vehicles very glad we went there and got them we were treated very well by all the staff I gave them 3- 5 star reviews but right now I'm very disappointed. 80.000 and their not willing to cover the 150.00 we had to pay out of our pocket because their check was not received in time. Again I can not believe that 150.00 is such an issue after spending 80.000. Needless to say my Boss is very disappointed in them as well. yes we gave 5 star reviews prior they were exceptional when we were buying the vehicles it was after they were purchased where the issues came in. We finally did receive the monies after 3 months that were owed to us so will let this go. Again the process to get our vehicles was amazing and we fully intend on having them service our vehicles due to buying the extended warranty I just wish the after purchase would have never happened. I love our vehicles and even with everything that went down I would still recommend Anastos as the best dealership I ever dealt with. More

Called the dealer that my dad had used for multiple vehicles. Asked the salesperson to keep an eye out for a reliable used Honda. He said no Hondas in stock now, he recommends 2 other vehicles that ar vehicles. Asked the salesperson to keep an eye out for a reliable used Honda. He said no Hondas in stock now, he recommends 2 other vehicles that are comparable. He brought out a VW with bells and whistles and an older basic Toyota that was well loved. I chose the VW without looking under the hood or taking it to a mechanic. My mistake. If I had, maybe we would have found the coolant leak and the fans needing replacing, or the water pump cap in disrepair. I should have questioned more and I should have held out for my simple little Honda that mechanics can easily work on!! Buyer beware. The sales reps are there to bring home a paycheck, not protect your interests. Do your homework, bring it to a mechanic before you buy it. Bonus: Holy xxxx, I learned a lot about engines and cooling systems!! More

They wanted us to contact their locksmith or bring it back at their convenience . No attempt made to contact us after 6 weeks After 2 months did not respond to our messages. We contacted Channel 3 Call For Action, only then were we sent a check for $ 130.00. this will only pay for half of key fob. Would highly NOT recommend. More
