Recently I received a survey rating the delearship, service and sales personnel. I filled out the survey but upon realizing the mistakes I made in answering this survey, I would like to give my own de service and sales personnel. I filled out the survey but upon realizing the mistakes I made in answering this survey, I would like to give my own description and in my own words how I felt about our experience at Anchor Nissan. The dealership was both extremely clean and very friendly. I was treated with kindness and with expertice. My salesman, James Martin went beyond my expectations in helping me with the process of learning my car in its fullest. I even had a problem with the bluetooth and he spent a great deal of time with me explaining the ins and outs of the system. I'm sorry for the misrepresentation I gave because it was not how I felt. So far everyting is GREAT with both my salesman and the delearship. Lucette Martel More
Since my Murano LE was new ('09) it had a noticeable vibration from the wheels... thought it was due to the 20" wheels since I had the wheels / tires balanced on a couple of occasions. I had new tires vibration from the wheels... thought it was due to the 20" wheels since I had the wheels / tires balanced on a couple of occasions. I had new tires installed and balanced at a tire store but the vibration persisted. Anchor was doing some warranty work on my vehicle and I asked them to take a look at this situation... they rebalanced the wheels on their equipment and, what do you know, the vibration is totally gone. I should have had them look at the vibration 20000 miles ago... good work! More
My experience at Anchor was excellent. Josh was very friendly and very helpful and he definitely helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I had an idea in mind and he knew exactly what to do. He was professional and courteous and he made my experience very smooth. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else in the future. Additionally, the finance office was very helpful as well. They helped make my transaction very easy and they were willing to work with me to find the best plan that worked for me. Overall, my experience at Anchor Nissan was great. I will certainly be returning for my cars in the future. More

I brought my car here for a simple oil change a few days ago and today for new tires, repair to the wheels and outside detailing to my 370Z. I have owned dozens of new cars and NEVER have I had the dealer service any of them because i figured I would pay top dollar..that is until now.. and I am completely satisfied.. More
I went to Anchor Nissan Tuesday of this week for a normal maintenance on my 2009 Nissan sentra. What a great addition to the service department with Stephanie. I dealt with her on many occasions at her last maintenance on my 2009 Nissan sentra. What a great addition to the service department with Stephanie. I dealt with her on many occasions at her last dealership. Being Anchor is a lot closer for me than Fireside it was a great pleasure to deal with her again. I got an oil change for $22.95 and they even washed and vacuumed my Sentra. A+ Anchor great addition to the team. More
I recently brought my wife's car in for it's first oil change after purchase. The oil change was free because we purchased it at Anchor Nissan. I asked about the normal price and found out that after tax change after purchase. The oil change was free because we purchased it at Anchor Nissan. I asked about the normal price and found out that after tax it was roughly $25 with a complimentary car wash. Her car was ready 20 minutes ahead of schedule so I decided I would get the oil changed on my car that day as well. Everyone I spoke with at customer service was very friendly and helpful. There was only one negative aspect to my experience. The window regulator on my driver's side window is on its way out and I requested that the service personnel not use the window at all. When I left the car the window was 99% closed, but in a position that I could easily manage when trying to open/close it. When I picked my car up, the window had been fully closed. This led to about 15 minutes of fighting (and swearing... lol) with the window to try and get it back on its track. I understand why the service person would do this prior to the complimentary car wash, but I would have rather had them just skip the car wash. Overall, I was happy with Anchor's service and I plan on bringing both of our vehicles back to Anchor for the next round of oil changes. More

We had the best experience at Anchor Nissan that everyone should have when making a purchase as important as this. Buying a car-- whether it be used or new --can be a tough thing. When I mentioned to some of our clients that we were going to look at cars, they immediately said: "Good Luck" !!! and meant it "sarcastically". It is and has not always been a good time for many people. However, not the case on Monday, January 16, 2012, at Anchor Nissan with our salesman, Tim Schulz. It was a very informative and pleasant one for sure. Friends of ours purchased their last 2 cars there and highly recommended them. They have been so pleased with their service that it encouraged my husband and I to go there. We will and already have handed out Tim's business cards as we own our own business and know how very important "customer service" is. With absolutely no hesitation, I would highly recommend Anchor Nissan to any and all of my clients when they are in need of a new or used car. More
