My first time buying a Subaru, which I knew very little about only that they are the safest cars on the road. I went to Anchor ⚓️ Subaru to see a particular vehicle they had. While there is a Subaru dealer about only that they are the safest cars on the road. I went to Anchor ⚓️ Subaru to see a particular vehicle they had. While there is a Subaru dealer 2 towns away from me but I chose to make the 45 minute ride to Anchor ⚓️. I could not be happier about that decision. We were treated like old friends by everyone we dealt with. Our Sales Rep, Gladimir, was absolutely delightful. He took the time to take us out in the (now mine) 2020 Forester Ltd & demonstrated all the safety features & what the car had to offer. I told him that this had been a stressful time as we were buying a car unexpectedly after my Hyundai was totaled. I cannot say enough positive things about my Forester. I absolutely love it. I can't imagine buying anything other than a Subaru in the future & I will sit in traffic making the 45 minute ride to go to Anchor ⚓️ Subaru in the future. I would not give my business to any other dealer than Anchor ⚓️ Subaru. I've had 13 cars in my life, 9 of which were Toyota, 7 bought brand new. I was brought up to believe that Toyota was the best car out there. Even buying brand new Camry fully loaded didn't give me the amount of safety features that Subaru offers. Plus, despite buying my Toyotas at the same dealer, I was never treated as warmly as I was at Anchor ⚓️. Anchor ⚓️ Subaru is family owned & run & they obviously must be very good to their employees because every employee we dealt with was just as nice, personable, & happy as the next. AWESOME car buying experience & my car insurance dropped over ＄100 a month with a newer more expensive vehicle than the Elantra I was driving. If you live in RI, MA, or CT get a Subaru & get it from Anchor ⚓️ Subaru in North Smithfield, RI. You will not regret it! It's so worth the trip over the Washington Bridge! More

Horrible experience, went in for one repair, kept saying more things needed to be done, made it appear to be necessary and a safety issue when in fact it was not! I ended up spending $11,000 for a car that more things needed to be done, made it appear to be necessary and a safety issue when in fact it was not! I ended up spending $11,000 for a car that would not be valued above $13,000. No one in the dealership had the decency to recommend other alternatives! More
