Both Brian Benoit, owner, and Gladimir Guerrier, sales person, made the transactions seem less. I highly recommend Anchor Subaru. We are definitely a Subaru family. More

It's been over 2 months now that Anchor Subaru said they would call back to explain why we're paying over 40 dollars a month more than originally agreed upon with no benefit to us. It's time now to submit a letter to the Attorney General's Office to see if this is their normal way of conducting daily business or just a bad mistake that no one is willing to fix or admit to. Was taken advantage of by the tune of over 40 dollars a month in my lease agreement. What they told us we would get for the extra money a month , we didn't receive. Left a message on the sales managers pho month in my lease agreement. What they told us we would get for the extra money a month , we didn't receive. Left a message on the sales managers phone asking if they could fix the mistake but they never called back. Finance Dept. did call me back and said they would get back to me after reviewing the agreement but no call back. I was hoping that this was just a honest mistake in how they sent the paperwork to the leasing company. So much for customer commitment and transparency. More
