Listened to what I wanted My neighbor has been a customer of Anchor Subaru for quite some time and when she knew that I was looking for another car, she offered to bring me and My neighbor has been a customer of Anchor Subaru for quite some time and when she knew that I was looking for another car, she offered to bring me and also introduce me to Bill Lee (she had worked with him and really liked his style). From the moment of the test drive of the 2019 Outback I felt very comfortable. I was torn between getting the Outback or a Volvo as safety was number one in my mind. Both cars were what I was looking for, so I went home and got out of new car mode, researched, worked my budget and the Outback came out ahead. Dealing with Bill Lee was such a pleasant experience, He has a great personality, knows the products, it willing to help with all issues. I had requested a remote start and when the company could not put it in until they got the software for a 2019, Bill took it upon himself and I will have it installed this Friday rather than a month or two. He went through all the options, gave me exactly what I wanted and never once tried to sell me on something that I knew I didn't want or need. The finance department was also wonderful and very patient while I decided on extended warranty, gap insurance, etc. Overall, the experience was one that was very positive and I certainly would recommend Anchor and Bill for anyone that is looking for a car. I cannot rate the Service Department yet, but I do know that if I have any issues, that they would be taken care of. More

When it started to look like I was going to have to invest in a new vehicle, I had no doubt I’d buy another Subaru, AND I’d buy from Anchor again. The service and sales teams are great to work with. Professional, courteous, and they take the time to get to know you as an individual. You’re not just “a number” to them. I just purchased my new car from Bill Lee. He was so easy to work with. Answered my many questions, and was really patient as I worked toward my final decision. I am truly happy with my decision in vehicle and my decision about who to purchase from. More

The first three times I went there for service, 2 oil change, replace a tire and fix a flat I felt as though if I were a man I would have been treated better. I had gotten a new tire there and when that new tire went flat and I brought it back I suggested maybe the stem was faulty. The man at the desk looked at me like I was an idiot and said no that couldn't possibly be it. Guess what it was. Tonight when I went in for my oil change my car sat in the bay for 15 minutes, obviously done. When I went over to the desk I was told someone would be with me in a minute. Another gentleman came over asking about his car and he was helped right away. When I finally got in my car there was another car in front of me.I was told to wait a minute so the gentleman in front of me could pull out. I graciously sat there for a couple minutes waiting then backed my car up and went out another bay. I will never go to Anchor Subaru for service again. Good luck ladies More

1st Time Subaru Buyers My husband and I hadn't intended to make a purchase when we started our car shopping at Anchor Subaru, but Josh Ostrow ended up finding the perfect ca My husband and I hadn't intended to make a purchase when we started our car shopping at Anchor Subaru, but Josh Ostrow ended up finding the perfect car for our family. We wanted a pre-owned car with AWD, less than 40,000 miles and at a reasonable price. He found a Forester that met that requirement and had some other great features! We never felt pushed into anything and Josh made the entire experience easy. He showed us around the whole dealership and told us about how the owners are always there and willing to speak to the customers. That is rare indeed for a big corporation and is reassuring when you are making such a big purchase. I would recommend Anchor Subaru and especially Josh Ostrow to anyone wanting to purchase a new or pre-owned car. More

Also that there is no wiggle room in the price or if they do drop the price, forget to mention a fee that they add on after you shake. These people are xxxx. My wife went in to buy a car and the sales man said that the sticker price was the absolute lowest that anyone can buy the car at. After wasting her time and having a lack of other dealers in the area, I go to assist. After about an hour I get them to reduce the price by about $2,000. Big difference from what he told my wife. I had to go back to work so I left her to sign the paperwork. as she is reviewing the documents. She notices extra fees added on as a down payment. Odd because I already gave them a check. They said that is what we agreed on and the car was the “same price Agreed on and the down payment is how we get to that price” as if my wife is an idiot. She took my check back and left only for the manager to apologize as she was walking out as if that would make up for trying to scam with a terrible lie. More
