Bill was very patient ,and asked all the right questions to narrow cars down. Eventually, I found and test drove the car I would end up buying. Between Bill and the finance department, we worked out all the details. I picked up my car two days later. It was a pleasant, stress free transaction. Used car purchase I recently totaled my Subaru and had a short time (per my insurance company) to purchase a new vehicle. I knew I wanted another Subaru but, because i I recently totaled my Subaru and had a short time (per my insurance company) to purchase a new vehicle. I knew I wanted another Subaru but, because it was December, they were in high demand due to the impending winter weather and prices were not what I was hoping. On top of that, each vehicle that I had found online seemed to sell within hours of it being posted. I went to Anchor as my first stop in the process and didn't find exactly what I was looking for. After two weeks of looking at multiple dealerships, I decided on a whim to go back to Anchor. Jorge was familiar to and sympathetic to my story (the accident and the car search) and new what I was looking for. He was able to show me a car that had not been "officially listed" because it was just about the price I was looking for, and it was the exact make and model . Jorge was able to help me out on the price and send me home in a new car! The car took a few more days to get ready than we anticipated so Anchor gave me a complimentary rental and two complimentary service appointments for the trouble! Jorge is a wonderful person, not your stereotypical "car salesman"... He cares about his customers and does best by them! No reservations recommending him to others when looking for a car. More

We plan to purchase another vehicle and will go there first. We recommend them, but suggest you do your homework to get the correct price up front. More

Great experience. I purchased my crostrek from Anchor and I had a great experience. I had some delays relating to my trade in and some personal issues, so my purchase I purchased my crostrek from Anchor and I had a great experience. I had some delays relating to my trade in and some personal issues, so my purchase was delayed for almost two weeks. Never once did I feel pressured to come and get the car earlier. I was very thankful for that. Highly recommend this dealership. I have a co-worker who also purchased a Nissan from this dealer and when I asked him about the his experience with them, he said he has never had any problems with them. More
