No pressure, knowledgeable, top-notch staff and service I went in to Anchor Subaru apprehensive, never having purchased a new car and knowing nothing about what to expect. I'd always bought used cars from a I went in to Anchor Subaru apprehensive, never having purchased a new car and knowing nothing about what to expect. I'd always bought used cars from a local small dealership who knew me, knew my family, knew my car needs. I left Anchor feeling the same way. Never did I feel pressured or rushed; Andrew answered all of my questions, explained all the options and features, and I never felt like I was being unnecessarily upsold just to increase the sale price. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Forester and at delivery, despite scorching heat and humidity, Andrew took all the time I needed to familiarize me with all the bells and whistles. Pricing, fees, etc. were all explained and spelled out up front; I never felt like there were hidden charges I didn't understand. I don't recall who I worked with in Finance, unfortunately, but he also explained everything clearly and patiently and was excellent to work with. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with my new Forester, or with the buying experience. Andrew was knowledgeable, personable and friendly, and I look forward to working with Anchor for all my service needs. I would definitely recommend Anchor to anyone, but especially to inexperienced/first time buyers. All around a pleasant experience. More

Great overall experience I live in New York State and recently purchased a used 2016 Outback over the phone .I felt salesperson Kevin Falcone did his best for me and and the I live in New York State and recently purchased a used 2016 Outback over the phone .I felt salesperson Kevin Falcone did his best for me and and there was no pressure .When i arrived to pick up the car one key and the sd car were missing .Kevin was very disturbed by this and promised to order them immediately and have them sent by Fed Ex which he did and delivered on his promise .There was no pressure to use their financing or purchase an extended warranty .All options are explained .The paperwork went more smoothly then i can ever remember .I can honestly recommend Kevin and Anchor Subaru .I feel that they have high standards and value their customers .Also Carl in finance deserves mention also .Great job Anchor . Pleasant purchasing experience First went to Anchor on a Thursday morning and test drove a '17 Forester. Salesperson was Jorge Navarro. Went back on Saturday afternoon to look at a different Forester. Then went through with the purchase. Never felt any undue sales pressure from either Jorge or his sales manager. When filling out the paperwork with the sales manager the extended warranties were presented very nicely, but without a hard sell. Picked up the car on Monday evening and Jorge spent an hour going over all of the functions with my wife. More
