The presentation of the sales representative was excellent. A thorough explanation of the vehicle and a demonstration was given first, so by the time we sat behind the wheel, we could enjoy the ride and were not distracted by finding out what certain buttons are good for. I felt immediately very comfortable and the decision not to buy the other brand was clear. The purchase process and the trade-in of our old car was easy and hassle-free. More

My next NEW vehicle I had decided on which new vehicle I wanted. It happen to be a Subaru Impreza wagon and I wanted a manual transmission. I had decided on a lease agreement for my next vehicle. I visited three dealerships that I knew could put me into this goal. Being retired, and on a "fixed income" the so call (bottom line) was very essential to me. I am happy to state that I was able to get myself into my vehicle. I approached the three dealerships with my desires or better stated my needs. Anchor Subaru with their sales force and their approach were the BEST. Again let me state that I approached each of the three sales forces with the same deal comparing (apples to apples). Anchor with their deal won me over and the vehicle of choice is sitting in my driveway. More

He reviewed my list of must-haves and answered all of my questions regarding the different models and features I was considering. He was honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I also really appreciated that he clearly was trying to help me find the best car to suit my needs and budget rather than simply trying to sell me the most expensive model or the one with the most bells and whistles. Overall it was another great experience and I will definitely be back for my next purchase. More

Very bad experience! Stay away from this place very bad business dealings! My fiancé recently purchased a 15 Subaru Legacy on memorial Day weekend from them. On that Sat Stay away from this place very bad business dealings! My fiancé recently purchased a 15 Subaru Legacy on memorial Day weekend from them. On that Saturday they said they would have the car ready on Tuesday to be picked up. I called them that day and they said it still wasn't register yet but that I could come pick it up because I was transferring plates. I then picked up the car and they said they would send me the registration in a few days through the mail. I then didn't receive anything after 6 days so I decided to call, the salesman said that they would need to take the can and leave it at the dealership and that it would only take a few days till they got the title so he said come in the next day and I would have a loaner car for me until the fixed the issue. I then drove there the next day and talked to the salesman to ask what was going on he then said that he wasn't sure so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager then told me that they couldn't get the car registered because there was a problem with the title and that we would have to unwind the deal and they would have to sell me another car. They then showed me a similar car for a little bit extra cost for a little more money. I said I couldn't make a decision that second because it was my fiancés car and she was at work. He then gave me a hard time because I couldn't get her to come down to the dealership right away. I then asked for the loaner car and he said they didn't have one for me and never did so the salesman lied to be about having a loaner just to get me to the dealership. He then said I would have to get a ride home then so one of their swap drivers took me home. I then later that day went to the dealership to purchase the car because the deal for that car was still decent and we were out of options at that point. As the salesman was delivering the car to us I noticed there was no floor mats in the car, the salesman said he would go get them and put them in the car. I was off elsewhere and he said the floor mats were all set and that he put them all in there. We then got home that night and I noticed there were no rear floor mats so I called the next days and he said he grabbed the rear floor mats from the other car and the other car they sold us didn't have any rear floor mats. I told him that the car did have the rear floor mats and I had a picture of the rear seat to prove it. He then began to give me a hard time and told me I could return the car if I wanted. At this point we were still dealing with registering the new car and he said he was faxing all the paperwork to the insurance company around 3:30. I called the insurance and she said they haven't received anything all day. I then went to the insurance company this morning and she called the salesman while I was there, he said that he had the day off yesterday and the fax said the paperwork wasn't faxed till 9:30pm. I still don't have the registration in hand. If your thinking about buying a Subaru from here I would rethink it. Very bad experience and business dealings here. More

Mighty Mike Mike was a pleasure to work with! He spent almost the entire working day with my husband and I until we were satisfied with the sale of my new Cross Mike was a pleasure to work with! When we realized that I was going to be driving the Cross Trek off the lot that day, he spent quite a bit of time in the vehicle with me going over all of the bells and whistles. At that point, we realized that the remote start was not working and he reassured me that it will be taken care of in the not-too-distant future. I know that I can take his word for that! From what I witnessed, he is a very dedicated, hard-working employee of Anchor Subaru! I will recommend him to others in the future! Thanks Mike for being so patient and kind! 👍 More
