Found a car that met our needs (and wants!). We haven't had much experience buying new cars, so I was overwhelmed at first at the huge changes in cars compared to our (almost 20 years) old Camry. Kevin talked me through all the fun features, and safety aspects of the Forester, making it all understandable. In addition, we had to have a car that my husband could easily get in and out of with his disability. Kevin saved us time and energy by being so familiar with the various models that he could easily describe which car would work better for us by considering seat height, wider door opening, etc. and we are truly enjoying a new, shiny car with amazing features. Mike Archer, the sales associate, couldn't have been easier to deal with and introduced me to the Legacy and its innovative features. He was extremely patient with my many questions and displayed a no-pressure approach that allowed me the time to make the right decision. Car buying made painless. I went into Anchor looking for a very specific and hard to find car. My salesman, Kevin Falcone, found the car I was looking for on the lot and sent I went into Anchor looking for a very specific and hard to find car. We ended up loving the car, but when we went to purchase it, it had already been sold! Did I mention that this car was hard to find and sought after? The sales team found another one (in my favorite color) at another dealership. They offered to perform a dealer trade so that I could purchase it locally and even set the car up with all of the accessories that I wanted. We agreed on a price and within a few days, I had the car that I wanted in the driveway. Buying a new car from Anchor also means that I get a lifetime powertrain warranty. This was very important to me, since I plan on keeping this vehicle for a while. Derek from the business office found excellent financing, and the delivery was completed quickly and painlessly. Kevin demonstrated all of the features of the car and even paired our phones to the bluetooth. They also offered to obtain a veteran license plate for me when registering the car. A+ More
