I had thought that I would first look at Anchor to be the dealership of choice as I had a great experience with the service department months earlier. Side note...Service dept was excellent! I had walked in a month before my purchase and met Ali Asgarian. I had wanted to look for possibly used options vs buying new. Ali was very knowledgable about his inventory and levels of the Outback for both new and used. At the time of purchase I was also given Brian Benoit's name as a contact. Brian was involved with the sale of my new Suburu. Its nice to know the owner is also very involved with the customer base. Our geographic location in south central Mass placed equidistant from 3 Subaru dealerships. I visited all 3 gathering information and 'getting a feel' for each place since price was going to be about the same everywhere. Anchor was the best. Jorge Navarro made me (and eventually both of us) feel most comfortable. The obvious quality of the dealership and the lifetime warranty were factors as well but the 'down to earth' attitude of Jorge was the real decision maker. We were very relaxed throughout the experience and recommend Anchor & Jorge to any and all potential Subaru purchasers. More

After test driving the used subaru o did explain to Mike that inreally wanted a new 2015 subaru but didnt think that it would work in my budget. We sat down and he ran numbers for both vehicles and low an behold i was able to get the car I really wanted because budget wise it was the better deal. Pick up my new legacy 2 days after visiting and now and a very happy owner of a legacy. More
