We went to several Subaru dealers; when we came to Anchor Subaru, we knew that this was where we would make our purchase. Shiloh was most helpful and not pushy at all. We looked around and then wanted to think about it for a few days. My husband really wanted me to make a decision, so we went to see Shiloh again and we walked out as new owners of a 2015 Subaru Forester, in just the color I had wanted! Seven days later, we drove away in our brand new vehicle, but only after Shiloh explained and demonstrated all the "whistles and bells" in the car. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience at Anchor! From the salesman who helped us make our purchase to the service department people who handled our oil changes and accessory purchases, we are extremely comfortable and pleased. Whenever we purchased a car accessory, Shiloh was right there to help us install it or explain its use to us. To further explain just how pleased we were with our experience, we just purchased a used Subaru Outback for my husband to drive. We asked for Shiloh again and he walked us through the purchase. He asked what we were looking for in a vehicle and narrowed it down to which vehicles would be appropriate for us. From there, our decision was easy. We are now the proud owners of a second Subaru, a 2012 Outback! More

Our third purchase....very pleased! We were interested in a new Outback, but they are hard to find. We saw a 2015 "program" car at Anchor which really seemed to meet our needs! So, we had to visit our good friend Gladimir for the third time and he promised that we would buy this car............and,of course, after some tough haggling and some good laughs......we did! Stressful, yes, but worth it. These people are very easy to get along with and they will do whatever is necessary to get you into your chosen vehicle! We also received some help from Kevin the day before and he took the time to answer our questions even though he knew we would come back to see Glad to make our purchase. Thanks to all of you at Anchor and just a warning..........we'll be back!!!! More

Fantastic dealership! I really HATE shopping for a new car...unending phone calls, horrible sales tactics, bait and switch...you know the drill. I walked into Anchor Subaru I really HATE shopping for a new car...unending phone calls, horrible sales tactics, bait and switch...you know the drill. I walked into Anchor Subaru simply to get a price on a new "fully UNloaded" Forester, and I was ready to endure yet another unpleasant experience. Instead of the usual runaround and blatant attempts at overselling me something I didn't want, my assigned salesman, Shar Chauvin, instead talked with me like an ordinary human being discussing cars man to man. He did not push me (or rather *try* to push me) into something that I was not interested in, but instead listened to me and gave me a price on the car I wanted to buy...what?!?! To make a long story short, we hit it off extremely well, and even though he had to locate a car from another dealer, it was just a matter of a few days and my car was there waiting for me...GREAT price, unbeatable service, and it came with a whole bunch of little extras at no extra charge, something I never expected. My car needed to have a rear bumper cover installed (one of the few little things I actually wanted), so Shar arranged to have it installed on the same day I stopped in to pick up my registration. The service manager (sorry...I don't remember his name) got the job done in about 10 minutes while I waited. EVERYONE that I met or spoke with while I was there was top notch, friendly, and made me feel right at home, the polar opposite of just about any other dealership I have dealt with. It truly feels like you are joining and becoming part of their family, like some long lost cousin who just met them after years of being apart. If I like this Forester as much as I do on initial impressions, I will not only be a Subaru owner for years to come, but rather an ANCHOR Subaru customer. After dealing with so many other dealerships over the years (I am 61), this was the most pleasant place I have ever bought from. I am not knocking all of the other dealers, as some of them were much better than others; I am praising Anchor for standing out and above in a very crowded field. More
