He walked around the outside of the car and pointed out safety features and the various options. He then sat in the car with me and showed me all the great features there. I took the car for a test drive and decided I really liked it. The next day I brought my husband to see the car and Sean took the time to walk him through the vehicle again. I've had bad experiences before with high-pressure car salesmen which really annoys me. Sean was definitely not the high-pressure type. He knew this car had a lot to offer and let me see for myself. He has been a pleasure to work with on this deal! More

Another great experience with Kevin and Anchor Subaru! I just returned from Anchor after negotiating my third auto purchase from their dealership. This was also my second fantastic experience buying a Subaru from Kevin Falcone. Kevin has a really great personality and outstanding people skills. My fiance absolutely loves working with him. We hope to run our Subaru's for a long time before our next purchase, but whenever the time comes, we will certainly hope to do business with Kevin in the future. In the mean time we will continue to send referrals his way. On our recent visit we entered the dealership with a somewhat complicated set of needs. Kevin and the rest of the staff (shout out to Derrek in finance and the sales manager) were able to work around all of our problems and driving home in a new car in just a couple of hours. We couldn't be happier that our new Crosstrek is parked in the garage and that we got another great deal at Anchor. Also, big ups to Mike in the service department for troubleshooting an indicator light on my WRX while we were car shopping. Mike and some of the other service guys have been super helpful every time I stop in, and they are all extremely knowledgeable about Subaru performance and maintenance. Well worth the drive from Warwick to do business at Anchor. More

He is very friendly, no pressure, and definitely knowledgeable about every detail and feature of each vehicle on the lot. He continues to go above and beyond even after the sale to make sure I am pleased and to answer any questions. The financing end of things was explained thoroughly too. Anchor is offering a free power train warranty for the life of my Forester which made it a no brainer to buy from them. I did search other dealer websites and found Anchor's pricing to be the best in the MA/RI area. I wouldn't hesitate to take a trip to Anchor to buy from Gladimir again. More

Lived up to their promise. I wanted a specific car with a specific package and the dealers I checked with did not have it. Anchor says they will find your car in 24 hours and I I wanted a specific car with a specific package and the dealers I checked with did not have it. Anchor says they will find your car in 24 hours and I e-ailed them and they did. They called and e-mailed the next day to invite me to come drive it. I did and I bought it, and I have had it a month and I am thrilled with it. Jorge was my salesperson and he was and still is wonderful. We did not just test drive on smooth roads but also very bumpy ones, windy ones and up and down hills. More

I have visited many a dealership in the past year & met several salesmen, some were nicer than others, but none could hold a candle to Gladimir. If & when Anchor gets a new building with modern facilities, this dealership will be the best in Rhode Island & possibly in New England. More
