The folks at Anchor readily matched the lowest price I had gotten and then even gave me a fair trade value for my 11 y/o SUV. We made a deal, gave my deposit...end of story? No. I called them the next day and said that my wife was not happy with the color I ended up ordering. The sales manager called me back within 10 minutes to say that he found the exact car we wanted in Vermont. They got the car the next day and we drove away completely satisfied.
