Wonderful Experience! It will be hard to put into words what a great experience I have had with Anchor Subaru. The sales team is incredible and very accomodating. When I orginally contacted the sales team regarding a car I found avertised on Autotrader, the car had been sent to auction a few days before. To my surprise they had the car shipped back to the dealership to let me look at. Their sales team was not pushy at all but instead created a comfortable atmosphere which made it a great buying experience. They left the decision up to me and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. Since the particular car was not a Subaru, I chose to have a licensed dealer inspection which Anchor Subaru was fine with. They even made the appointment, brought the car approx 15-20 miles to the dealership, and let me reimburse them for the amount. As it was a used car, there were a few potential service areas to be addressed. Anchor Subaru addressed each and every issue whether it was doing the service themselves or sending the car to the licensed dealer. They made the appointments and brought the car there themselves. They truly went out of their way to make me feel comfortable in purchasing the car. I really can't express how impressed I am with their staff and how grateful I am for their assistance with everything throughout the buying process. When originally looking for a used car one of my goals was to find a car that was being sold by a reputable dealership that had previous good reviews. Anchor Subaru fit that requirement, but I did not realize what a great business they have and what a great staff until I experienced it first hand. Another point is that the car I purchased wasn't even a Subaru which obviously they specialize in. Overall, it was wonderful experience and I would recommend Anchor Subaru to anyone who is looking to purchase a car and is looking for a dealership that truly cares for the customer. More

Happy with my new Outback When making a commitment in purchasing a new vehicle one can be aprihensive, cautious and a-little nervous with the process and choices. When entering the grounds of Anchor Subaru one gets the feeling of being relaxed by a nicely manicured property and organized grounds and layout. And I would also like to make mention my sales rep... Sean Murray who not only made me feel comfortable throughout the process but garnished a wealth of information from past and present experience. He explained more to me on that one day about a subaru and comparisons in vehicles than any other sales rep I've ever experienced and single handedly put all my concerns and fears to rest. He was prompt and to the point but made you laugh and feel at ease. So kudos to an awesome sales rep who knows is job inside and out..(well done). Also the staff at Anchor is very accommodating and friendly above all else...so for me recommending anchor Subaru and Sean Murray is Top priority In my book and that confidence that I received I'm sure will carry forward with those I intend to recommend and send their way.. All in all a great experience..... And a define future return for me..... More

Minimal hassle I went walking around the lot at Anchor Subaru with my girlfriend. I wanted to see the selection of what is available or soon to be available. As we were walking off the lot, Kevin approached and answered some of my questions. I had a specific model in mind and it had to be the right mileage, color and condition. They didn't have the car that day, but over the next couple weeks Kevin contacted me with possible cars. When the right one came along, I was able to negotiate and reasonable price and didn't feel too hassled. Kevin was especially easy to deal with. It felt like he was on my side of negotiating the deal. After a couple weeks, I still have no regrets about the process and price I paid for my new car. More

I would recommend Anchor subaru to anyone I knew who was looking for a car. I even told my sister about my great experience and she went and bought a car from Anchor Nissan (she thinks subaru's are ugly) a couple weeks later after my purchase and so far has been very pleased! Overall I am very happy with my car and am very happy to have worked with shar!! More

I was lucky enough to find a WRX never mind finding one at such a laid back dealership. At no point did I feel pressured or intimidated, even during the negotiating of the price. Everyone was helpful. From Ali (sales consultant that sold me the car) to Carl (financing) to even the co-owner. When they weren't around when I went in a week ago the other sales consultants, especially Gladimir, were easily available and happy to help me. I strongly recommend first considering Anchor when buying a Subaru or a Nissan. I will be if I buy either in the future. More
