If the rest of the sales and service staff perform equally as well as Jorge you can look forward to a postive experience when @ Anchor. We live in an area of Massachusetts in a valley where we recieve more snow ,sometimes several inches more, than the surrounding area and our driveway is up hill to the street.I'm a former Body Shop owner and I had done my homework and Knew from other Subaru owners the Reputation of these cars.Shiloh Knew his product very well, and was able to answer all my questions without skipping a beat.Needless to say we purchased a new Outback Limited that day and two weeks ago purchased a 2014 crosstrek Hybrid, also through Shiloh. Outback is right for us. Jorge Navarro greeted me the first time I came in to look for a new Subaru, and was there at the end to close a deal. My wife and I came by several times to look at and test drive several models. Jorge patiently explained the features and options on several models. In the end my wife chose an Outback. She is comfortable with the new vehicle -- it replaces our previous Outback that we purchased from Anchor ten years ago. We appreciated Jorge's patience and helpfulness in allowing us to find the model that was best for us. I should mention that we have had our 2004 Outback serviced and repaired at Anchor and have been pleased with the ease of making appointments, getting the work done correctly the first time, and getting it done at the time promised, and at the estimated cost. We intend to maintain the relationship with Anchor. Jorge was especially helpful and other staff are also friendly and knowledgeable. Anchor seems to be a bit pricey, but competitive with other Subaru dealers. We will stick to Anchor as it is convenient, friendly, and they do good work. Finally, there are loads of cars, all models, in stock, and available to test drive. This is a great help and time saver. More

A friend of mine and her family bought many cars from Derek. He came highly recomended and he didn't disappoint. I went to other dealers before I was told to go see Derek and I got the usual run around bull that you would expect and honestly I expected it from him as well but it was totally different. Everything was very transparent and straight forward. My price was very fair and my trade in was a little higher than all the other dealers I went to. I'm very happy that I was made aware of the much better business practices that Derek and everyone else I met at Anchor Subaru perform. I can't wait to see if the service deapartment is as good as the sales staff was. More

Having been a former mechanic, he knew many technical details about Subarus that other consultants had to read off of a page. I negotiated similar prices from other dealerships but decided to go with Anchor Subaru solely because he was a better sales consultant than the other dealerships I dealt with. I give this dealership, and Shiloh a five star rating. I recommend going to Anchor and asking for Shiloh if you're in the market for a Subaru. That being said... Do your homework and go on Edmunds so you have an angle during negotiations. More
