Instead of relying on "sales" prices and gimmicky financing to draw you in, they are just friendly and willing to help you. We went to the RI Auto show to search for our next family vehicle. When were considering a Subaru Forester or Outback, we knew that we would check out Anchor. We visited the dealer several times test driving a few vehicles. Ali pointed out the high and low points of each vehicle and spent quite a bit of time with us at each visit. He wanted to make sure that all of our questions were answered before we walked out the door (and we had plenty of questions). We didn't feel pressured at all. When it came time to deal, we arrived with plenty of information. They negotiations were short and we both ended up shaking on a deal everyone was happy with. They didn't try to play any tricks either. The finance office is very aggressive with the lenders. They use several lenders to try and get you the best deal on financing. They ended up beating the (already low) rate we had from our credit union. We can honestly say that we have no regrets with our purchase. We will be going back to Anchor for our next vehicle. More
