I brought my car in for an oil change and there was a recall on the computer module. I also had a coupon for a complimentary vacuum and hand wash. The staff was very nice and also let me know the car was due for routine maintenance. My car is leased so the first oil change is free and the vacuum and wash were also free which was great. The car was ready in about 1 hour and a staff member backed it out of the service parking lot for me because there was a car parked right behind mine. I liked how they had everything on record (the recall info, etc) and everything was quick and easy. Thanks for the service! More

I got the date and time I wanted for the service appointment. The servicing took a reasonable amount of time to complete. All staff dealt with were very helpful and courteous, they are very plea appointment. The servicing took a reasonable amount of time to complete. The price was in line with other dealer fees and best of all, the experience ended with a car wash, I drove off the lot looking like I was driving a new vehicle. More
Thanks for the prompt service. Even though the car was a bit over 30 days, the probleom was taken car of. I have been to many subaru (and other) dealers and service groups over the years. Anchor, hands down, is the best. I switched from an unnamed local group after hearing from my friends these guys wer service groups over the years. Anchor, hands down, is the best. I was very happy with my Anchor experience, and especially with Gladimir Guerrier, who was a courteous and helpful salesman. When I was transferring my belongings from my old car to the new, Gladimir even remembered to remove my EZpass tag! I will recommend Anchor to others. More
