I purchased a 2009 white impreza a few months ago from this dealership. I asked that they put in an mp3 player system (part of the deal). When it came time to picking up the vehicle all I got was the mp3 jack (WHICH WAS CERTIANLY ALREDY IN THE CAR..SINCE THAT WHAT IT WAS ADVERTISED ONLINE) I was really disapointed in this, I really wanted the mp3 player itself. Also, 2 months later the tire pressure light went on (NONE OF MY TIRES WHERE FLAT AND ALL HAD AIR IN THEM) curious to see if it was the spare tire (which i knew doesnt have a pressure but i'd thought i check for the heck of it). COme to find there was a HUGE gash in my spare tire, which has given to me by the dealership. I dont know how them missed it. The dent was massive and the tire was flat. I went to the dealership to get it fixed. They didn't even give me a entirely new spare tire...they took a hammer and smashed it back in....seriously??!??? I am a young female, what they xxxx am i going to do if i break down and i actually need to use this spare tire?! Useless..AND when I was at the dealership I saw the salesman who had helped me, i waved and he looked at me like i had two heads. Certinaly did not remember who the xxxx I was, but managed to sell me a car that was certianly not up to par. VERY DISAPOINTED..... More

I dealt with at least three other Subaru dealerships prior to my selecting Anchor Subaru for service. None of the others were able to resolve a major oil leak issue. Anchor Subaru found the problem and solved it within two visits. Since then Anchor has been the ONLY dealership that I will deal with. I have consistently been impressed by the quality of service with each and every visit. I have even brought a friend of mine who owns a Subaru to Anchor. She was also very pleased with the quality of service. Based on the above I would not hesitate recommending Anchor Subaru to all my friends. I only wish that I had gone with Anchor Subaru from the beginning. More

The folks that work in the service dept. are as accommodating and friendly as anyone could possibly be. I had been to a previous subaru dealer near my home and saw what they had available, new and used and prices were ok but salesman not very informative or eager to explain anything. As I was leaving he did say there was one care that it was "last day of sale price". Hmmmm. On way home my husband recommended Anchor subaru as he drives by there a lot and saw how big the dealership is with a lot of cars. I went there with my son and Jorge came out to assist us. He was very friendly and immediately explained to me the different packages available depending on my needs and preferences as well as my budget. I ended up buying a brand new Outback for the same price as the "sale priced" used outback at the other dealership. Plus, I got a great deal on a trade in of an old beater car. Jorge was very respectful, no pressure, and informative. This was the first time I have ever bought a car on my own. I did not feel intimidated at all, Jorge answered all my questions and spent the whole day putting together the paperwork involved. I brought my new car home that night! Very happy with the service and the car it just Gorgeous!!! Happy! Happy! More

First I would like to start off by stating that this dealership was not the original dealership that we were going to purchase our new impreza. I had dealt with another dealership and had a very "uneasy" feeling about them not giving us the best deal within reason. By fate, I happened upon Anchor Subaru on a google search. After talking on the phone with Char, I knew we needed to make the hour drive to Anchor. Upon entering the dealership, we met Char face to face. He took us out and showed us the vehicle we were interested in, taking the time to go over all features the car had and to answer all of our questions. The impreza at this dealership was consideribly less. After the test drive we went into the sales office to "crunch" the numbers. There was no pressure or uneasy feeling dealing with Char and the guys behind the counter (forgive me that I can not remember their names). Within a short time we were signing a purchase agreement. Two days later we came back to sign our loan papers and pick up our new Impreza. Upon getting there, Char went over everything in owners manual and a rundown on the car. Then we went into see Paulett to sign the loan paperwork. She was the most friendly, down to earth person who made you feel so at ease. She worked hard to get us matched with the best lender for us. Dealing with Char and Paulett was more like sitting down with old friends. I will now tell anyone who asks me about my new subaru, that it is definitely worth the ride to Anchor Subaru. The price, selection and staff make it all worth the trip. Also make sure to ask for Char! And tell Paulette hello! More
