Unfortu My Fiance'; David, needed a vehicle ASAP after purchasing a LandRover only 2 months prior and having the transmission explode in a rural area. Unfortunately, it would be a 6000k fix, plus 1200k tow, and we had just spent 1,100k in after market headlamps and a remote start. Suffice it to say, with that even,t we were very wary of ever purchasing anything used again; however, more wary of car dealerships. With this said, we did our research, looking at JD Powers, Kelley BB, Auto trends, and crunched numbers according to value held, finance fees, mechanical and safety ratings. We narrowed down our search on 3 vehicles at different dealerships, and listened intently to each sales person and their best deal for us, although we are both well educated, and have good careers, our credit is poor to average due to many expenses over the past two years, so we had to also be realistic. After speaking with all 3 sales people, and looking at the ratings for each dealership, BBB ratings/complaints, and on -line consumer reviews, we knew we made the right decision going here because it the logical choice. Our sales person; Logan, did not try to sell us the most expensive so we would not get in over our heads, and got us reasonable payments on a vehicle with low mileage that we can pay off and perhaps purchase a new one in the future after we build up our credit rating. Logan did not hustle us or promise anything but did what he said he would do-- get us a safe, reliable vehicle and even picked my fiance' up at the airport. This was a seamless process, and was mostly done over the phone /email. This is what great salespeople do and dealerships do in order to get return business, and they did not take too much for themselves so the entire deal was fair for all parties involved. So much so that I was driving a loyal, but tired late model SUV, basically out of pure lack of time to shop around and absolutely zero time and honestly the patience to deal with a pushy used car salesman..I took a call from Conner and well the rest is history!
