I just bought a Dodge 3500 from James and he was awesome! I have purchased many cars and this experience was totally different than the others. This was my first diesel purchase and James had all the answers for all of my questions. Richard was a very helpful salesman. He showed us a few vehicles and explained the differences and answered our questions. After we purchased the vehicle he helped us get familiar with the car going throu vehicles and explained the differences and answered our questions. This would have taken us some time to figure out ourselves. Before we drove off he reminded us of the break-in period he gave of some of the pointers then refered us to our manual. I recently purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 at this dealership with the assistance of salesman Travis Richardson. This has been the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. They had great incentives, gave me a great deal on my trade-in and I was out of the dealership in my new car in 2 hours! I had to return to the dealership because they could not locate my extra key and owner's manual. When I returned, Travis topped of my gas just as a thank you for my patience. This is a wonderful dealership and Travis is a great salesman that made my purchase effortless. The man I worked with on purchasing my extended warranty and paying for my car was wonderful as well. I felt like he was going out of his way to provide good advice and helpful tips for me on my purchase, unfortunatly I cannot recall his name. I have already recommended this dealership to everyone I talk to about my new car.
