After much research comparing US and global SUVs we decided to test drive the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Carlos and the entire dealership team were just terrific to deal with. Not once during the assess decided to test drive the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Carlos and the entire dealership team were just terrific to deal with. Not once during the assessment process did they rush our decision or confuse us with the hard sales pitch. Quite the contrary. All our questions were answered candidly and we had every opportunity to test the vehicle and then tailor the deal. We left with both a new car and a commitment to a great local dealership. Our only recommendation for improvement would be to add an "Imported from Detroit" sticker to this model - its a great vehicle! More
