Shane was alright he got me in the truck I’ve wanted for years. Craig,Nate and Robert in Service is also why I purchased my truck here. But after buying this truck I found out that the service manager To years. Craig,Nate and Robert in Service is also why I purchased my truck here. But after buying this truck I found out that the service manager Todd Novak said he doesn’t want me bringing my truck back there for service. I have filed a complaint with Chrysler about him. I had issues with him when he was at Lithia that’s why I started buying all our vehicles from anchorage Chrysler dodge. I paid over 70k for this vehicle and I will be getting my service there. More
