The initial experience wasn’t great as I scheduled an oil change and failed to specify the exact oil I want assuming they would follow the owners manual (5W-30). The dealership ended up putting in a lighter/ change and failed to specify the exact oil I want assuming they would follow the owners manual (5W-30). The dealership ended up putting in a lighter/thinner oil than what is recommended (0W-20). Coincidentally they also happen to discover an oil leak that I had never noticed prior. It turns out the leak was legitimate from an aftermarket component, however, the timing of the issue is what is so odd as I started noticing smoke for the first time ever immediately after having my vehicle serviced. I returned about a week later for them to diagnose the issue and Miguel was very helpful and polite but the techs determined they could not help me with the issue as the leak originated from an aftermarket oil cooler.
