I took leave to take my car for service. Made an appointment at 3pm on a Friday, and ended up leaving my car at the dealer because of heavy workload. My car was not ready at the 1st and 2nd promised appointment at 3pm on a Friday, and ended up leaving my car at the dealer because of heavy workload. My car was not ready at the 1st and 2nd promised time ( 1st 6pm on Friday; 2nd 9am on Saturday); it was ready the next day around 11am. I had to call a few times to know the status because I never received a call from Advisor (who claimed to have called me 3 times and left no voicemail because it was full). I do not believe that was true, because I never received any calls and my voicemail was not full at all). I was very dissapointed. More

Trying to upsale me on things I didn’t need.
