I came into Ancira Nissan distressed because I had just paid over $2000 at another dealership to get my car fixed/maintained. I won’t lie, the first guy I approached completely dismissed me. However, I assume Massad saw how distressed I was and offered his help. He was patient and kind. He communicated all of the problems and even sent pictures and a video of what’s going on with my car to show what was wrong. I received great customer service from Massad and I recommend you ask for him by name. More

I absolutely love the car I got and how easy it was with home delivery! My only issue is that the cable on the positive battery terminal was not tightened, resulting in it fully disconnecting so the car wou home delivery!
