Monwell provided excellent customer service by contacting us quickly after our first online inquiry. The personal video was very helpful. Took 2 and a half hours to have my oil changed. After and hour, I asked about my vehicle and no one could help. No one could say if my vehicle had even been worked on yet. When someone finally did find my se hour, I asked about my vehicle and no one could help. No one could say if my vehicle had even been worked on yet. When someone finally did find my service person, he asked my name and said he'd get back to me. And hour after that he walked by me and looked like he remembered he was supposed to be checking on my vehicle. Then he asked my name again. Never came back. 30 mins after that, someone came to tell me that my vehicle was ready. More

I was sold a minivan with a broken seat belt latch on the front passenger seat. Its been over a week and still is still not fix. I went in to get it fixed but the dealership ordered the wrong part, waited ov front passenger seat. Its been over a week and still is still not fix.
