When I arrived for my 10:00 appointment the service person said it would be about 2 hours. I did not hear back from that person until 2:00. He said my fleet service did not approve the repair until the person said it would be about 2 hours. I did not hear back from that person until 2:00. I took my Nissan in because of a recall and for some reason it took over a week to get things done I had to keep on calling because no one would ever return my calls.
