Garbage service center. It is getting worst and worst every time I get service here. Even if I had appointment they made me wait for 3 hours for oil change and state inspection.So if you have extra time to waste then only come here otherwise you’ll end up spending all day. After waiting 2 hours I approached to the technician and she told me that she’ll check and let me know but she never even came back to give me status. Not recommend and I will never come back here. Finally got car ready after 3 hours and now their point redemption doesn’t work but manager did helped me to solve that issue. After I left I realized that they screwed up state inspection and put future date and time, so H‑E‑B denied to renew my registration, so again I called them and they want me to go back and get it reprinted. I asked about sending me emails and they want 30 mins to get it done, but after 20 mins wait I got call and now they can’t email and they need to contact DMV to get it fix, and no one knows how long it will take. Manager tried to fix this issue but it’s too late because the DMV system is down and they are suggesting me to wait until next day. When you are reputed service center then this kind of issue shouldn’t even occur. Horrible customer service. Don’t respect others time.

So they can cause issue but cannot fix it and wants customer to return to dealership. I live 30 mins away and I don’t understand how they have gut to tell customer to drive back.
