Ottis and the technician couldn't find my problem (no code). Ii showed them the video I took while the car was acting up. Ottis sent it out to Nissan cooperate and went to bat for me. Communication was great and I've had zero problems since the technician installed the transmission. 11/10 service. Between diagnostics, showing the video, ordering the new transmission, and getting it installed was flawless. I will be taking my car there for service from now on. More
