I took my 2014 Nissan Titan in for an airbag recall, brake & shock check and for starter issues. Dropped off 1st thing Monday morning. Picked up at4pm Wednesday. After inspection service advised of P brake & shock check and for starter issues. Dropped off 1st thing Monday morning. Picked up at4pm Wednesday. After inspection service advised of Power steering and front diff leaks and no issues with brakes or shocks and starter had to be replaced. I get I am not the only vehicle being serviced but I don't feel it should have taken that long. And my service person is nice and honeswhich I appreciated, it was a pain that I had to call to check. It wasn't me calling an hour after drop off. I called 5pm because I hadn't heard anything and had to call again around 11am next to follow up. That should have been calls made to me not the other way around. I am providing my feedback and maybe Ancira can look into a text option for vehicle notification. These are not uncommon and would save hassle of customers having to plan their day just to pick up their vehicle. More
Very easy process. Not a long wait. Friendly staff. I especially appreciated that staff and customers were following safety (COVID) protocols. Very pleased with my car service! I’ve had a problem with a warning signal notification for 9 months that another dealership had not been able to take care . I thank you for the time and the help in getting me into a vehicle. Only thing is I didn’t know the vehicle had scratches and the front left side of the vehicle popping out a bit. Karolina was very sweet and helpful I don’t blame her for my bad experience I give her 10+ stars. Angel was the one who told me the car was in great shape and when I saw the front when I got home I was a bit upset but it is better than the car we had. I will recommend this dealership but just make people aware of what the vehicle actually has. More
