I brought my little truck for some repairs regarding the idle. Previous work at a local shop, which had excellent rating, didn't achieve the results I needed. Took it to the dealer where Mike was there to r idle. Previous work at a local shop, which had excellent rating, didn't achieve the results I needed. Took it to the dealer where Mike was there to receive my truck and explained the issues to me. He articulated the issues in a way I would understand and always called everyday to report how the repairs were coming along. The local shop took 1400 from me and gave me a truck operating at 40%. Even though I was reluctant to being my truck to the dealer, I'm extremely pleased I did. Thank yall very much for helping me during a very stressful time for me. More
