The purchase was easy but the information relay back and forth to finance was tiresome. There is a communication barrier from what the buyer wants and the return of forms. This my 2nd vehicle I’ve bought from Randle Monwell at Ancira Nissan in San Antonio Tx. Monwell has been an awesome sales man. I appreciate Monwell for the long hours he puts in with us every time we have came to buy a vehicle. I appreciate his services. Monwell has even gone out of his way after the sale of the vehicle to check in on us to see how we like our vehicle. This shows us that Monwell Truly cares for his customers. They were fast and helpful. They worked with me remotely first to make sure the vehicle would be in my budget, then when I did arrive at the dealership we were able to finalize the purchase in less than an first to make sure the vehicle would be in my budget, then when I did arrive at the dealership we were able to finalize the purchase in less than an hour and a half. The only complaint I have is they offered the lowest for my trade in than anyone else we visited by almost 30%. The losses from the trade in was offset by the lowest cost of the vehicle within a 150 mile radius. A minor concern was in the preparation of the vehicle (not sure if this is a Dealer or manufacturer problem). The under coating in the rear wheel wells was poorly applied, entire sections were missed and what was applied was uneven. I will have to have it reapplied. More

Ancira Nissan went beyond to ensure that my vehicle was fixed in a timely fashion. When my service guy wasn't available due to Coronavirus when I called the person that took his place was aware of my situa fixed in a timely fashion. When my service guy wasn't available due to Coronavirus when I called the person that took his place was aware of my situation then I was introduced to George the service manager he did everything with communicating to the corporate Nissan about my vehicle situation.
