Ancira Nissan does not follow up on their customer’s experience of buying a new car. The Loyalty manager is hard to get a hold off, I have called 5 times between 1 pm and 2 pm., but no answer. The basic limited warranty was never fully explained. I am concerned because it is not a true bumper to bumper 3 year warranty. The preparation of the new car prior to delivery was pathetic: tire value caps were missing, low tire pressure (29psi) on all 4 tires, static shock when I exist the vehicle, windshield not cleaned properly, etc. I discovered all this when I got home from the dealership. Also when I have questions about the SUV’s controls I text and email the service department but they never respond to my questions. So far the suv meets my needs and I can tell it is a high quality vehicle, but the Nissan dealership fails to offer excellent service and support as they promised in their literature and brochures. I expected better customer service than Ford or Chevy, but that is not the case. More
