I gotta say I usually get really good service at this location, but this time it was actually pretty bad. I took my truck to the dealer for a warranty claim related to a leak in the AC system that caused location, but this time it was actually pretty bad. I took my truck to the dealer for a warranty claim related to a leak in the AC system that caused mold and made it necessary to replace the whole carpet. They did replace the carpet after a few days, but there were 2 things that went wrong this time: 1- When I picked up my truck after the repair, they had forgotten to reconnect a temperature sensor, which caused my AC to go crazy. This meant I had to take it back to the dealer one more time, which was inconvenient. 2- While I left my truck with the dealer, something happened to my windshield where it got full on dry water spots. Although the spots were quite noticeable, Ottis, my service agent, took it lightly when I let him know about the spots and just tried to minimize the issue by saying "we'll clean it up". They took it to the back, supposedly to clean it, but it looked exactly the same, so I asked them to please try one more time. We waited for a few minutes and when they finally brought it back, I wasn't happy about the way the windshield looked. I explained that to Ottis and his response was "there's not much we can do other than cleaning it". When I took the truck in for service, my windshield was impeccable, and when I picked it up, it wasn't anymore. Dealer should have taken responsibility to remove the awful spots, but they didn't. I was very disappointed with my experience and the way Ottis and the service director tried to minimize the issue. I didn't even get a sincere apology from any of them, which made it even worse. More

I came in for a regular oil change. Work was good and the service personnel that I worked with were friendly, helpful, and made sure to check my eligibility for a discount. If it wasn't for Josh doing a ride along and me being persistent my car wouldn't have been fixed.Before that after 2hrs the.service tech said they couldn't find any problems...the problem had to do with persistent my car wouldn't have been fixed.Before that after 2hrs the.service tech said they couldn't find any problems...the problem had to do with brakes on back 2 wheels..I picked up my car 1day later..I am thankful for Josh,he heard the noise and told me they were gonna get it fixed..thank you Josh!
