I didn’t have any battery issues prior to arriving to get my vehicle serviced. Please note: I understand the typical life of a battery and understand I was coming up on mine. However, I didn’t have any clicking or indication mine was going out of about to die. When I came back I had several maintenance issues including my battery. I wanted to get a second opinion considering none of them are covered in the warranty/maintenance plan. Within 24 hours my car died. Which I suppose could just be an untimely coincidence.. but I’m the most disappointed in the $700+ warranty I purchased that doesn’t cover any of these issues other than an oil change. More
Twice, I asked for a synthetic oil change, once to the person who made appointment on the phone, and once to the service agent who took my Nissan Frontier. I was told service would take an hour; two hour person who made appointment on the phone, and once to the service agent who took my Nissan Frontier. I was told service would take an hour; two hours later, I received the estimate for changing 2 reverse backup lamps during the state inspection. The bill showed I already received a non-synthetic oil change. I'll have to change the oil much sooner than intended for a synthetic change. Your nice waiting room isn't worth the trip or aggravation, and I had the reverse backup lamps changed at Belden's Automotive. More
