Had a terrible experience with the salesperson. His only concern was selling you a car and getting you out of there. Then I had to have a little work done in the service department. The first time I dropped concern was selling you a car and getting you out of there. Then I had to have a little work done in the service department. The first time I dropped it off I was told it'd be ready the next day. Went back the next day to pick it up it wasn't ready.... No call no nothing from the salesman JJ that my car would not be ready. So they ordered a part brought my car back in part didn't fix it. So they ordered another part had to bring my car in again which the salesman said he'd fill up my car for the inconvenience which of course he didn't. But anyway got my car back had to wait 2 hours to get it at 8:00 pm seems to be working but now there's a bunch of wires and connectors just hanging down from the dash !!! Very disappointing. More

I went in to return a lease and possibly buy or release a vehicle. The sales manager Yojin was not helpful. I tried getting help by another sales magnet but he was too busy to attend me.
