This trip was definitely different than any of my previous 3 trips for a vehicle. The internet going down was a bummer and made the deal longer than it needed to be. Service was excellent. The flood of requests to do a survey repeatedly is ridiculous. Makes me want to stop taking these surveys. Customer service is and always has been excellent. So far the issue with our 2013 Titan seems to have been resolved even though we had to return to the service department 3x’s.
