I’m not very happy with several areas of dealership. The financial department never gave me my packet of paperwork I signed purchasing both vehicles. Nor Have I seen an email with these documents. Detail department did a horrible job detailing interior of both vehicles I purchased within days of each other. I had to take my second vehicle Cadillac SRX back due to front control arm replacement & radio issues. I was miss informed by service associate on reasoning on why took longer than expected. Secondly I had to return back because parts were being ordered for radio issue. The vehicle could have stayed prwventing myself from making unnecessary trip to dealership. When I dropped vehicle off on Saturday & followed up on Monday. Service department had no knowledge of my vehicle being at dealership.on Tuesday I finally spoke with service department ( Matt) he had not been informed of my vehicle being onsite for repairs. Thank goodness he took care of matter quickly for me. With these issues I feel like I was just used for a sale (2 purchases) by the dealership rather than a possible loyal customer.
