I Purchased my vehicle in April and was told I would have free oil changes for a year. I showed up to get my oil changed and was told that it was not part of my package. I spent the next few days going back free oil changes for a year. I showed up to get my oil changed and was told that it was not part of my package. I spent the next few days going back and fourth with ancira about this and ended up paying half the price for the oil change after speaking to the manager George. This was okay, but I feel that the trust was broken from the start and everyone seemed like I was just trying to get a freebie which is not the case.I love my vehicle but I will not be referring Ancira to anyone. My wife was also due for a new vehicle but after this I will be Taking my business elsewhere. More
