We looked at the video and reviewed all the relevant documents and there is no doubt that this information was disclosed to you. You signed 4 documents that pertained directly to trade-in value. You saw the appraised value of your car and you knew your payoff amount. We pride ourselves on being fair with everyone.

No. I was told my car was being paid off. Granted it is my fault for not reading everything i signed. But you have no video of the conversation that took place. Because if you did you would see Eyan telling me you agreed to pay off my truck. Therefore i was not looking for the page that read you were only paying it off partially. I was offered more at other dealers . I was also offered 3500 more at your dealership just 3 weeks earlier. You people know how to pull your con.
