Used car purchase and trade-in I traded in my truck for a used car last Thursday. I got 20 yards off the lot and the check engine light came on in my new/used car. It is now Wednes I traded in my truck for a used car last Thursday. I got 20 yards off the lot and the check engine light came on in my new/used car. It is now Wednesday and I cannot get a straight answer as to what is wrong with my vehicle, what is being done to it, nor an estimated date when it will be ready. I have requested this information daily and been told that a manager will contact me and tell me what I'd like to know. It has been 6 days (4 business days) and I feel as if I know nothing about what is going on with my vehicle. I am in the dark and feel like I'm being ignored or pushed off. I am regretting my purchase. More

Unacceptable. My daughter took my car to the dealer @0700 because a tire pressure light came on and the driver's side door lock does not respond to its button. Then My daughter took my car to the dealer @0700 because a tire pressure light came on and the driver's side door lock does not respond to its button. Then they gave her a courtesy ride to work. @ 1000 a phonecall told me that I need "to replace a headlight socket that was burnt and my headlights won't run with it like that, and that I could get ticketed because of it. That my washer fluid pump needs to be replaced along with my windshield wipers, my serpentine belt was cracked and needs to be replaced. As well as needing High mileage Tune up, oil change, and tire replacement. Then finally a new door lock module." This total was approximated to over $3500 parts and labor, and that they would call me when it's done. I elected for them to only tune up, oil change, replace the socket and washer fluid pump. @1600 I called to follow up on how long I might be without a car and where they stood on the repairs. They told me nothing was done because they needed to order parts from Dallas, that would take a day to arrive, at which point they would begin work. I don't know when they were planning on telling me or whether they'd even start working on my car because there was a lack of urgency and assurance in everything the rep was saying. It was more of matter-of-fact and honestly upsetting. It came off as "this is what I got so this is what you get." I told them my daughter needs that car for work. She caught a ride and showed up to the dealership as soon as she got off work @1700. In the service office, they had keys and loose papers strewn across empty desks completely available to the customers walking in and out, this preceded a back room with even more clutter and open boxes everywhere. I had my daughter ask if since they didn't have the part currently, she could take the car and come back the next day so she could get to and from work. This is when they insisted she could get pulled over because her lights entirely wouldn't turn on and that theyd start the work as soon as the part came in. This really concerned her, she clarified whether they started anything in the 10hours they had the car and they said they had not. After 30minutes of debating the necessity of them returning her the car, The rep made a few curt phone calls to the back before stating that he'll get the paperwork together for her to leave. 10mins later the car was pulled up, the paperwork showed an oil change had been done and the wipers were changed and so she owed about 90$. She promptly paid to avoid getting into a verbal dispute over that and took my car while there was still light out, to avoid being pulled over. At home, I checked the headlights, I replaced the bulb in the "not burnt socket" and the lights came on beautifully. I leaned in to view my serpentine belt and could not visualize any cracks or creases. I can hear my washer fluid pump attempt to spray but the fluid tank is empty. I will buy that tomorrow. My door lock works with the manual key entry, and my tires seem to have a reasonable amount of tread left. I can't help but feel as though my daughter was being manipulated and this is unacceptable. They have lost a customer. More

Fantastic service I've never been a fan of dealerships, everything takes hours and hours to get done, not if Ana is your sales person after a few phone discussions and I've never been a fan of dealerships, everything takes hours and hours to get done, not if Ana is your sales person after a few phone discussions and a total of 2hrs spent at the dealership I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new vehicle! Ana is a fantastic sales representative she will be my go to if/when I need to make another trip to the dealer. Thank you again Ana you are greatly appreciated. More
