My Sentra I was spoken to and treated as though I know nothing about the Sentra I have been driving for 4 years. I was pretty much told that I had to accept the repairs done because All Sentras have that issue. Then it should be a RECALL !!! My car didn't do it before 3 weeks ago. I took it in, was told it was covered under the powertrain, the service dept called that it was fixed. I picked up my Sentra and had to turn around the next day, took it back, and that amazing diagnostic test didn't catch the other erractic problem behind my dashboard and gas tank. My car stayed there for 2 days. Got the car back .As soon as I drove it off the lot the very same issue was still happening. I called and left a message, haven't gotten a call back yet. Today is Monday, I left the message and got my car on Friday. More

Unresolved The emoliyees are great, very friendly. However, i took my armada in to get the transmission checked because i have to yank it out of park to put it i The emoliyees are great, very friendly. However, i took my armada in to get the transmission checked because i have to yank it out of park to put it in reverse or drive and when i do this it makes an awful sound. When i went to pick up my car they said they adjusted one of the computer programs but when the service mgr and i drove it, it was still doing the same thing, nothing changed. He told me i have to push in my emergency brake really hard and then put it in gear. I can understand if im on an incline but when on a flat street this shouldn't be mandatory. No other vehicle ive owned or ridden in has this issue. I feel like this is doing damage to my transmission and am afraid I’ll be responsible for replacing it if it goes out in the future. I would rate the service dept 5 star for oil changes but in this case i can only rate them 1 star since my issue was not fixed/resolved. More
Not happy I gave the rating of 4 because there should be two lines just for handicap people that come in for oil change. I had to take my 91 year old mother that has (Dementia) with me I’m her caregiver 24/7 and I had already been there 3 times before with my mother with a two to three hour wait . I had no choice I had to wait, well I wheel her in and TV is out so that made the wait even longer to her. Wait time almost two hours . Dementia patients are like children so after 15 mins she wanted to leave nothing to distract her, I know that’s not your problem but it can make life a little easier if you handled handicapped customers with there own line of service. That’s my opinion! More

Both fixed very well, car runs like it's pretty new, almost like additional touch ups were done with the car. Bit pricier than I expected and 4 hours later, had the car back. I arrived at 7:10 AM and I didn’t hand them the key until 7:40. The long line was disappointing. More
