Ancira doesn't care about my family's safety I took my car in to be looked at for a specific concern. after 3 days of having my car I recieved call a from the service dept stating that there was I took my car in to be looked at for a specific concern. after 3 days of having my car I recieved call a from the service dept stating that there was nothing wrong with my car. However it did need a new battery and a couple of other things that were minor. I was never told it was imperative to have the battery changed , in other words I figured it was something my husband could do once we got the car home. Since the concern was not addressed , I really didn't feel safe taking the car, I requested that they take another look at it just to ease My mind.. They said it would be looked at again. a few hours went by and I recieved a call again stating nothing could be found . at that point I had no choice but to go pick up my car. Still feeling uneasy about picking up the car, I decided to check my options We visited the showroom. As the Appraiser was looking over our Car he advised us to take it back to the Service dept there was something definatly wrong with it. We were advised to Speak to a manager. The first manager we spoke with... we told him our issues and he looked at the paper work and went to get the car stated he charged the battery and handed me the keys. I was very dissapointed and upset that with out any concern just hand over the keys. So i asked if i leave this lot and i get onto an accident who will be liable.. he nonchalantly said we told you it needed a battery.. we charged it for you. That totally infuriated us,that a car dealer we have baught 2 vehicles from in the last 2 yrs and have been loyal to could care less about my family we asked to speak to his supervisor we were finally told that the battery wouldn't hold a charge and needed to be changed . We purchased the battery and had it installed. We would have liked to have been told , you will need to bring a battery or have your car towed it is not safe to take without having out changed.. at least then i would feel like i was a concern. And maybe my families safety was taken into consideration. Mike in service was helpful and always very friendly. I just feel the manager was not helpful and very dismissive of me and my family. More

New purchase I purchased a new car on Sunday and though the sales lady was nice, we sat waiting while she juggled 4 sets of other buyers and it was very unprofessi I purchased a new car on Sunday and though the sales lady was nice, we sat waiting while she juggled 4 sets of other buyers and it was very unprofessional.
