Not happy with Ancira Nissan Service We took our car in for an oil and filter change. The workers were friendly however there were several issues. Coffee maker was not working. A few p We took our car in for an oil and filter change. The workers were friendly however there were several issues. Coffee maker was not working. A few pre-packaged snacks that ran out quickly and were not replenished. The restroom only had 2 stalls and one had an out of service sign on it. We waited over 2 hours which was very long for oil change and considering we got there at 7:15 in the morning. The waiting area was frumpy, crowded and had a shortage of seating. Finally we noticed our car pulled around and after another 20 minutes of waiting we asked if it was ready and saw our keys and paperwork sitting right on the counter. My husband noticed the service worker who pulled our car around had dirty black hands. When we got in car we used 7 napkins with hand sanitizer trying to get the black grease off our steering wheel. Last year a similar thing happened when we discovered a black grease spot on our visor after we left. We were not happy with our experience. More

Brakes Wife had new brakes put on car one month ago. Breaks squeal. Wife returned to have this fixed. This place lied to me 2014 Pathfinder: There was a recall for the CVT control a few years back. It was done before I purchased the vehicle. I bought this vehicle just 2 yea 2014 Pathfinder: There was a recall for the CVT control a few years back. It was done before I purchased the vehicle. I bought this vehicle just 2 years ago from this location. My transmission needed to be completely replaced with a one because the stuttering and jolting of the transmission began. I called Nissan HQ and they told me to take it to any Nissan service department. I brought it here because I bought it here. Nissan only paid 50% of the cost and I had to pay $2,000 out of pocket. I called the service department when they were done fixing the transmission and I asked if they would accept a payment plan so I could take my wife to her cancer treatments. They refused saying its policy not to. I called to speak with the sales manager and spoke to a guy named Pablo. He said he'd be willing to work something out. So I went down to the dealership the same day only to find out that Pablo "doesn't work there anymore" and that they were still not willing to work out a payment plan. I finally had to borrow money from family to get it out. This place lied to me and my wife missed several cancer treatments. I'll never buy from this place or take my vehicle there again. More
