Scheduled maintenance visit. This was a routine 10k miles maintenance visit/ oil change. I purchased the “packaged oil changes” when I bought the truck. This is a busy service department so the wait time for an oil change is 2-3 hours. My work location and schedule isn’t conducive to scheduling an appointment and you have to pay for a loaner car or get a shuttle if you’re within a 10 mile radius. Service agents are very polite and courteous. One of the items listed during this MPI was replacing the key fob battery. Mine wasn’t changed or was replaced with an old battery. Door buttons and Start button are becoming unresponsive even with the key in my pocket. Will be returning. Arrived home to find a recall notice in the mail (same day) and nothing was done or mentioned about it during the service. Lastly, $50 to change an air filter is crazy. $100 if you have both engine and cabin filter replaced. LEARN HOW TO DO IT YOURSELF. More

Not happy with Ancira Nissan Service We took our car in for an oil and filter change. The workers were friendly however there were several issues. Coffee maker was not working. A few pre-packaged snacks that ran out quickly and were not replenished. The restroom only had 2 stalls and one had an out of service sign on it. We waited over 2 hours which was very long for oil change and considering we got there at 7:15 in the morning. The waiting area was frumpy, crowded and had a shortage of seating. Finally we noticed our car pulled around and after another 20 minutes of waiting we asked if it was ready and saw our keys and paperwork sitting right on the counter. My husband noticed the service worker who pulled our car around had dirty black hands. When we got in car we used 7 napkins with hand sanitizer trying to get the black grease off our steering wheel. Last year a similar thing happened when we discovered a black grease spot on our visor after we left. We were not happy with our experience. More

Brakes Wife had new brakes put on car one month ago. Breaks squeal. Wife returned to have this fixed.
