This place lied to me 2014 Pathfinder: There was a recall for the CVT control a few years back. It was done before I purchased the vehicle. I bought this vehicle just 2 yea 2014 Pathfinder: There was a recall for the CVT control a few years back. It was done before I purchased the vehicle. I bought this vehicle just 2 years ago from this location. My transmission needed to be completely replaced with a one because the stuttering and jolting of the transmission began. I called Nissan HQ and they told me to take it to any Nissan service department. I brought it here because I bought it here. Nissan only paid 50% of the cost and I had to pay $2,000 out of pocket. I called the service department when they were done fixing the transmission and I asked if they would accept a payment plan so I could take my wife to her cancer treatments. They refused saying its policy not to. I called to speak with the sales manager and spoke to a guy named Pablo. He said he'd be willing to work something out. So I went down to the dealership the same day only to find out that Pablo "doesn't work there anymore" and that they were still not willing to work out a payment plan. I finally had to borrow money from family to get it out. This place lied to me and my wife missed several cancer treatments. I'll never buy from this place or take my vehicle there again. More
Great customer service I bought a new Armada SL and Lou Syring made it so easy ... easy on the trade in and to complete the sale I got there at 8pm just wondering and by 11: I bought a new Armada SL and Lou Syring made it so easy ... easy on the trade in and to complete the sale I got there at 8pm just wondering and by 11:45 pm I was driving away in a new SUV, vehicle was cleaned and detailed at 11 pm (close time was at 9) the walk around and everything took at leas 30 min Lou really walk through every detail.
