This company is a joke I got a vehicle From ancira Nissan in May and it’s August and I still havnt received my tags from them. Everytime I call them they are just to busy to talk to me. But when I was trying to buy the vehicle they were not busy couldn’t get them off the phone. But now that I have the vehicle and need my tag can’t never get someone to help. I called and they say there employee are just to busy to get my tags. I havnt never had trouble getting tags. This company a joke and I would never buy and vehicle from them again. Please don’t waste your time there they don’t car bout customer service. More

I left that dealership and went to Ancira in SA the next day because I found what I wanted online there. With much time waiting for funding companies to go through, I left there with the vehicle I wanted which had every feature. More

Good experience New to the area so depended on online reviews like this. I felt the service was timely. I was kept informed, and my issues appear to be addressed. I would have given 5 stars but I felt the cost was a little high. This may be the way it is in this market and part of that was Nissan Parts but over 200.00 for a usb is a little steep. Worst Service Ever I came in for an oil chenge and was told 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait, over 2 hours later my vehicle was still sitting outside waiting to go back. Mo one voul I came in for an oil chenge and was told 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait, over 2 hours later my vehicle was still sitting outside waiting to go back. Mo one vould explain why I was waiting all that time especially when other customers arrived after I did, received thier oil change and left. The supervisor's excuse is that they were busy, but that doesn't explain why customers came after I did, got through and left. The service rep (Otis) had a hard time finding my keys when I told him I was not going to wait anymore. In fact he took care of other customers that came after me and left me waiting all that time. If this is the way Ancira treat customers who purchased card from that location, I will not come back@ More
