The Atmosphere made us feel very comfortable as though we belonged there. Also to mention our first night arriving with our 2017 Ford Explorer to trade we got there around 8:30pm after not having a very good experience at Nissan Of Boerne. Colleen Marshall and Chris Sanchez along with The General Manager Anthony Corey among several other staff including Steven Gomez who Very Professionally handled our closing in Finance all Stayed with us until 1:30 in the Morning. Wow! We did not expect them to do that and We were just so blown away and have never experienced that being former Ford Loyalty Customers. Because it was so late finishing up and our New 2019 Murano needed to be detailed out, The Dealership went over and behond for us providing us with a Beautiful new Loaner car (Murano)to drive 65 miles home. Colleen filled it up with a full tank of Gas and we brought it back the next evening. Then again everyone greeted us with a Warm And Kind welcome making sure that we were Happy and Taken Care of. Our Salesman Colleen made sure our New Murano was ready to go filling it up with a full tank of Gas. Our New Murano was Beautiful! Then she spent lot a time with my wife going over with her all the important features in the car and getting it set up just especially for her. Her early 50th Birthday gift coming up in September. Then everyone gave us a nice warm thank you! Colleen took a photo of us standing beside our New Murano and sent us off with such a Kind Heart Warming Thank You. Again Wow!
