Went to purchase a Vehicle and It was nothing but problems. Went to purchase a vehicle and had nothing but problems....Already had a vehicle picked out. Certified pre-owned. knew exactly what we wanted then th Went to purchase a vehicle and had nothing but problems....Already had a vehicle picked out. Certified pre-owned. knew exactly what we wanted then there was another vehicle referred to as the "Ghost Vehicle" No one knew anything about it, how much it was or even where it came from. Waited on prices for quite a long time. Decided on the original vehicle however there were issues, it was dirty and it was dark, it was supposed to be certified pre-owned, which has an extensive check list and it had several scratches door dings, and I was upfront with sales person that it would be a deal breaker if it had dents and paint scratches. We were told it would be taken care of by service manager. Go back to finance which again there was lengthy wait. Get into extended warranties, they were trying to charge 1k more for the exact same extended warranty that we bought just 1 year prior! Got that situated, and then we were waiting on a previous extended warranty cancellation dollar amount to know how much we were able to put on our vehicle. Sales person had us sign all paperwork in advance except final paperwork that would be signed when we took possession of the vehicle. She said she would call us back the next day with amount of cancelled extended warranty. Called us over 2 hours later then she said she would and also did not provide us with details until I called her back to find out why she was calling our insurance adjuster from our previous vehicle that was totaled. Unprofessional and extremely rude when I questioned her. So 3 days later we were told the vehicle was "Ready to go" We get to the dealership and new finance person is ready for us to sign all finalized paperwork and we still have not seen the vehicle to verify it meets our satisfaction. So we go to find vehicle and were told that sales person was bringing it up front, waited again for a long time to only see our sales person had another potential buyer at his cubicle that he was working with and was not bringing our vehicle up to view. So we were taken into a back lot where the vehicle had been "Washed" still dirty and had several more existing issues that were never addresses bigger dents than we originally saw as well as a lot of scratches int he paint, and to see that from to close hood, I was able to view the engine and was able to get to the hood release latch without the hood being popped open....I ask why can I see the engine...Service manager says he does not know? Sales person says that it's like that on all of these vehicles...We go to another on the lot and wouldn't you know...you can not see the engine with the hood closed. These people deal with vehicles on a DAILY basis and could not answer what happened to the hood, felt that the huge dents and creases int he vehicle that we did not see several days before when we looked at the vehicle were not repaired and went as far as to say that we fixed the ones you noted on the repair form. I said well I told you dents and scratches on this vehicle were a deal breaker so why would you not have gone over the vehicle to inspect the repairs prior to telling us that the vehicle was "READY FOR DELIVERY" Needless to say, we did not purchase this vehicle and lost all trust in the shady sales, service and finance people at this dealership! We have purchased several Ancira Vehicles over the years and this sickens me they this kind of behavior is acceptable! What a waist of my time!!! More
